On 26, December 2010 we formalized contracts with buyers of apartments and for that moment we had 20 pretenders, now (according to the situation of 1st September, 2011) in the first block 61 apartments are sold with general area: 3598 m2 and 90 m2 commercial area with total price: 1 924 585 USD dollars, if we regard the fact that for finish of 1st block according to calculation it is necessary approximately 1 700 000USD dollars, from financial point of view situation is enough good.
