If the installment will be late by some of the customers it will not hinder the construction, in addition in the case of "completion of the apartment” if some customers will late the installment of money every month (for some reasons) for that not to stop construction the Georgian house has two alternatives:

1. To use the contractual right, confiscation of the apartment and re-selling, wherewith the place of the insolvent customers take the place the customer who has ability to pay ( this right Georgian House will use only with the consent of the customer and after sold the apartment again, refund full installment amount to the customer).

2. Also Georgian House has the capability to take loan from the bank, which will be returned after the customer renew the installment of the money or until use the first right and replaced the mentioned customer by a new customer who has ability to pay.
