The quality of the construction is controlled in two ways:
- The control of the quality of the used material
- The control of the quality of the construction
The first means the accordance of demands of the quality of the armature and the concrete according to the project. The first guarantee of this is, that the quality of all the materials, including the armature are being checked in the “The Institute of K.Zavriev of building mechanics and seismic stability “ (stretching , twisting, bending should satisfy the demands of the project) the building concrete is also checked at this factory(patterns are sent from the construction) beyond this, the quality of the concrete is checked on the construction in the mixer before it is poured out.
At the end the whole firmness of the construction is also being checked ( construction columns ,tiles) at the Zavriev’s Institute by the ultrasonic sklerometre, and after such monthly checks responsible people sign acts. The second, the control of the construction quality, firstly, means the work of qualified and experienced workers, secondly, the additional control of them, for which “Georgian House” has the major engineer and the technical department, who control every stage of the construction, except this, after armature before pouring out the concrete, the person who has projected the buildings and assented it in the city hall, checks if the construction is in accordance with the project.
