Since May 2011, interest-free installment conditions are as follows:
Primary installment is minimum 5000 U.S. dollars, after paying the initial fee for the different areas apartments the minimum monthly payment is following:
• In case of a flat 45 sq. m. - 1100 USD
• In case of a flat 50 sq. m. - 1300 USD
• In case of a flat 55 sq. m. - 1500 USD
• In case of a flat 70 sq. m. - 2000 USD
• In case of a flat 80 sq. m. - 2400 USD
• In case of a flat 100 sq. m. - 3000 USD
The remaining payable balance on each apartment can be covered at the last 12th month
