- 28 september, Georgian house and Bank of Georgia sign an agreement on collaboration.
- 5 october, "Georgian House" and insurance company ALDAGI BCI agreed on main conditions of project insurance in case of house replenishment (details will be announced on "sum up meeting" by the representative of ALDAGI BCI)
- 30 October, "Georgian House" and insurance company ALDAGI BCI discussed insurance details in the meeting with potential buyers of real estate in the office of Georgian house.
- 3 November, primary payment is reduced to 3000 USD and the minimal monthly payments is (see here)
- 30 November, 20 interested person has signed the agreement with Georgian house, project "fill the house" continues till December 25. (see more)
- 2 December, Georgian house starts active advertising campaign (see more).
- Sum-up meeting will take place on December 26 in the office of Georgian house 12:00 pm.
- House has been replenished, construction first bloc will start in January 2011
